Entry And Exit Procedure

It's great to see players popping down to the club for a bit of practice every now and again.  The committee have put together a short guide to aid entry and exit and hopefully prevent locks from going missing or having to be hunted down!

• Insert code into the padlock.
• Press black button on the bottom of the lock.
• If the lock does not spring open gently pull it to open.
• Place the lock on the gate wire and close the lock, then scroll numbers. Don't press the button on the bottom of the lock.
• Obtain keys from keysafe for the clubhouse (if you require access to water and toilets).
• Leave keys in the exterior of the clubhouse door.
• If the clubhouse is to be used, remove the chain from the emergency exit door located in the kitchen.
• Open the green equipment shed and take required equipment for use.
• Place steps onto the green for safe access and egress.

• Put all equipment used back into the green shed and secure it with the padlock.
• Remove steps from the green.
• If the chain was removed from the fire exit, put the chain back to secure the door.
• Lock the clubhouse and return keys to the keysafe, then scroll the numbers.
• Unlock padlock from gate using method as detailed in arrival instructions.
• Close gate and secure gate with padlock ensuring that whilst numbers are scrolled the button is not pressed.
